We have owned five houses, so this was certainly not our first renovation project. However, as complete newcomers to the St. Louis area, we were dependent on word-of-mouth recommendations. Our project encompassed multiple rooms throughout our entire first floor. These various jobs required a myriad of sub-contractors--and impeccable timing. This amazing team never hesitated when we asked for a slight change. They were immediately on top of any and all issues (including necessary repairs when unexpected termite damage was discovered in a subfloor) and they were always available for questions. Furthermore, they worked closely with us on managing cost because we wanted to do some of the work on our own. Treasa and Bryan are true professionals. Treasa spent many hours meeting with us, bringing samples, creating computerized drawings, sending pictures, paint colors, lighting choices, tile selections, and many details as we planned our projects. She has a knack for design and working with clients.

Bryan and his team completed a master bath and guest bath remodel. They completed our bathroom remodel ahead of schedule and the quality of the work was suburb. The attention to detail that Treasa and Bryan provided was exceptional. We just love our bathrooms! Treasa helped to create great use of space for a tight guest bathroom that my teenage sons share, removing a tub and converting it into a walk in shower. We have also enjoyed the upgrades to our Master bath, the walk-in tile shower is one of my favorites!
